We at Adecco are now looking for a Group Manager – Project Quality Management for our world-leading technology partner, Siemens Energy, in Finspång. This is an exciting opportunity for you who want to combine leadership, quality work, and technically complex projects in an international environment. You will play a key role in leading and developing a team that ensures quality requirements are met throughout the entire project lifecycle within industrial gas turbines and heat pump solutions.

About the role
As Group Manager for Project Quality Management, you have personnel responsibility for a team working with quality assurance and quality control in Siemens Energy's customer projects. The team is responsible for ensuring that quality requirements are met efficiently and in accordance with customer expectations, internal processes, and applicable standards.
In this role, you are responsible for supporting, developing, and coaching the team while working with resource planning, competence development, and continuous improvements. You collaborate closely with various parts of the business, including project management, design, procurement, and the bidding organization, to create efficient working methods and successful project deliveries.
You will become an important link between the business, the projects, and the quality organization, with the opportunity to influence the continued development of both the team and the organization.
Examples of responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop employees within Project Quality Management
- Ensure efficient resource planning and the right competence for ongoing and upcoming projects
- Drive improvement initiatives and develop working processes within the quality area
- Support the project organization with quality-related issues throughout the project's lifecycle
- Collaborate cross-functionally with project management, engineering, and other business areas
- Contribute to bidding and offer work through budget estimations, quality assessments, and review of customer requirements
- Ensure that QA/QC requirements are met according to customer expectations and the company's quality standards
The position is a full-time role and a consultancy assignment via Adecco, starting from 2026-09-01 until 2027-08-31.
About you

You are solution-oriented, communicative, and comfortable navigating a technically advanced project environment where many stakeholders need to collaborate to achieve common goals.
We would like you to have:
- Experience leading people as a manager, team leader, or in another leadership role
- Experience in quality work within Quality Assurance (QA) and/or Quality Control (QC)
- A technical background as well as experience from project-based operations with high technical complexity
- Experience in change management, process development, and continuous improvements
- Good collaboration skills and experience working cross-functionally
- Good communication skills in both Swedish and English, both verbal and written
- It is an advantage if you have experience from roles such as project manager, deputy project manager, or other project leadership positions within industrial operations.
